Job Title: Sales Executive – PPE & Workwear

Location: Mobile Role / Field-Based (Head Office: Biggin Hill)
Job Type: Full-Time
Reporting To: Sales Director

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in the Construction Sales  to join our growing team. This is a mobile, road-based role, focused on visiting existing and prospective clients, taking orders, and attending meetings to drive sales and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit existing customers and develop new business opportunities within the PPE and Workwear market
• Present and sell a full range of PPE and workwear products
• Take accurate customer orders and ensure timely follow-up
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and occasional head office meetings
• Maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service
• Manage and update customer records, quotes, and sales activity
• Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets

Essential Requirements

• Advantagous - Proven experience in the PPE and/or Workwear industry
• Must have Construction Sales Experience - Please only apply if you have relavent product sales experience.
• Strong field sales background with a track record of meeting targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Highly organised and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently in a mobile role
• Full UK driving licence (car driver essential)

Desirable Skills

• Existing customer contacts within the PPE or Workwear sector
• Knowledge of health & safety standards related to PPE
