Sales Executive (SaaS)
Hybrid Based Central London (Soho) 3 days per week in office
Role Summary
LM Talent Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client a motivated and commercially driven SaaS Sales Executive to identify, engage, and convert prospective customers into long-term clients. The role focuses on selling cloud-based software solutions to businesses, managing the full sales cycle, and achieving revenue growth targets through consultative selling and relationship management.
The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills with a solid understanding of SaaS products, customer pain points, and modern B2B sales methodologies. You will be a natural self starter and be capable of working both independantly and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, Email, Linked in etc) networking, referrals, and inbound lead follow-up.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements, business challenges, and decision-making processes.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Alongside Senior Management Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Close deals and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers using proven customer testimonials and case studies to leverage credibility
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the buyer journey.
- Collaborate with Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer retention.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Market & Product Knowledge
- Maintain deep knowledge of the company’s platform, features, and competitive positioning
- Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Provide feedback to Product and Marketing teams based on customer insights.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts within the CRM system.
- Track KPIs including conversion rates, pipeline value and activity metrics.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management
Required Skills & Experience
Essential
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS or technology.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting to close.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain value propositions clearly.
- Strong organizational and pipeline management skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented

Desirable
- Experience selling subscription-based software solutions.
