Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join the Sales team at our Tilbury depot.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to establish a career in sales within a professional and supportive environment. You will gain practical experience across customer engagement, sales administration and order management.

What will you be doing?

As a Sales Executive, you will work closely with the sales team and customers, developing your knowledge and experience across a range of commercial activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound sales calls and handling inbound customer enquiries
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with new and existing customers
• Supporting customers throughout the order process, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently
• Responding to customer enquiries in a timely, professional manner
• Providing administrative support to the wider sales team
• Managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy

• A degree or equivalent qualification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence and professionalism when communicating with customers by telephone and email
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively to deadlines
• A genuine interest in sales, customer relationships and commercial development
• The ability to learn quickly and apply new information effectively
• IT literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook).

Previous experience in a sales or office-based environment would be advantageous. We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate transferable skills, commercial awareness, enthusiasm and the potential to develop within the role.
