Car Sales Executive – Milton KeynesWe are recruiting for an experienced Car Sales Executive, Automotive Sales Executive or Vehicle Sales Executive to join a busy main dealership in Milton Keynes. Applicants must have previous sales experience within automotive or another fast-paced customer-facing environment. A Full UK Driving Licence and right to work in the UK are required.

Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £27,000 basic
OTE: £50,000+ uncapped + Company Car
Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday to Saturday with Sundays on a rota

Car Sales Executive Role
  • Guide customers through the complete car-buying journey from initial enquiry to vehicle handover
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable new and used vehicles
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Introduce suitable finance and insurance products through a non-advised sales process
  • Follow up showroom, telephone and online sales enquiries
  • Achieve vehicle sales, finance and customer satisfaction targets
  • Deliver a professional customer experience throughout the sales process
Car Sales Executive Requirements
  • Previous sales experience within automotive or another fast-paced customer-facing environment
  • Confident working within a target-driven sales environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Right to work in the UK
