We are recruiting for a Sales Executive, Car Sales Executive, Vehicle Sales Executive or Automotive Sales Executive to join a successful main dealership in Gatwick. Applicants must have previous automotive sales experience or a proven background in retail or high-value sales and hold a Full UK Driving Licence with the right to work in the UK.

Location: Gatwick
Salary: £22,500 basic + Bonus | OTE: £60,000
Hours: Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week, plus Sundays on a rota

Sales Executive Role
  • Guide customers through the complete vehicle sales process from initial enquiry to handover
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
  • Follow up sales leads and prospect for new business
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Accurately appraise part-exchange vehicles and support the valuation process
  • Promote suitable finance, insurance and additional products
  • Complete sales administration accurately and ensure FCA and dealership procedures are followed
Sales Executive Requirements
  • Previous automotive sales experience or a proven background in retail or high-value sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills
  • Target-driven with the ability to achieve sales objectives
  • Confident using CRM systems and digital sales tools
  • Professional and organised approach with strong attention to detail
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Right to work in the UK
