Account Manager

• Salary: Up to £35,000 basic + commission (OTE £45,000)
• Leatherhead, Surrey | Hybrid Working – 2 days work from home

Our client, a well-established and growing organisation, is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join their successful team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven individual who enjoys developing new business, building strong customer relationships and working towards achievable sales targets.

You will be responsible for promoting a range of programmes and digital solutions to organisations across the UK, managing the full sales process from initial contact through to conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and relationship building.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools and key decision-makers.
• Promote and sell programmes, resources and digital solutions.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations via video calls and face-to-face meetings.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial enquiry through to successful conversion.
• Develop existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and opportunities using the CRM system.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.
• Attend industry exhibitions and events when required.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience within a sales or business development role.
• Proven experience of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Confident engaging with senior decision-makers.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and commercially driven.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and conducting online product demonstrations.

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic salary up to £35,000.
• OTE £45,000.
