Sales Executive in Kettering, Northamptonshire

Role: Sales Executive 

Location: Northamptonshire

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week

Salary: £26,000 per annum + commission

Duties of a Sales Executive:

• Qualify leads – Identify promising opportunities through inbound enquiries and proactive business development, turning potential leads into new business.
• Build connections – Contact inbound enquiries, understand business requirements, and find the right finance solutions.
• Drive new business – Make outbound calls to businesses, introducing tailored finance solutions and building new relationships.
• Get out there and network – Attend and lead face-to-face meetings, trade shows, and networking events to build valuable connections.
• Work towards success – Hit realistic weekly and monthly KPIs, track your progress, and celebrate your achievements.
• Build your pipeline – Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities to drive consistent business growth.
• Grow customer relationships – Retain existing customers through regular service reviews, identify new opportunities, and cross-sell relevant finance solutions.

What we would like from you:

• 1-2 years previous experience within Sales role
• The ideal candidate will have come from a Finance Brokering Background
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
• Customer service driven
• Ability to prioritise and self-motivated
• Must be a driver
