We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive for a respected franchised main dealer located in Seaford, East Sussex.

Benefits of a Sales Executive:
  • Basic salary of £16,500
  • Realistic OTE of up to £40,000
  • Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30, with a day off in the week
  • Saturdays, 08:30 – 17:00; Sundays off

Duties of a Sales Executive:
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual vehicle sales targets and related product sales
  • Maximise profitability through effective vehicle sales and add-on sales such as warranties and finance packages
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and foster customer loyalty
  • Present and explain vehicle options, accessories, financing, and warranty offerings
  • Develop product knowledge to act as a brand ambassador
  • Build rapport with customers, ensuring a positive, professional sales experience
  • Prospect and follow up with potential customers to optimise sales opportunities
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company procedures
Requirements of a Sales Executive:
  • Proven experience in automotive sales, ideally with three or more years in the motor trade
  • Confident communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational skills to manage appointments and customer interaction
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and work independently
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Right to work within the UK
