We are representing a reputable family-run dealership seeking a driven Sales Executive to join their team in Eastleigh, Hampshire. The successful Sales Executive will become an integral part of a well-established, customer-focused business specialising in premium vehicles. This is an outstanding opportunity for experienced Sales Executives to advance their careers within the automotive industry.

  • Competitive basic salary up to £21,321, with on target earnings of approximately £62,000 as a Sales Executive
  • Monday to Friday work schedule, 08:00 – 18:00, with alternate weekends off

Duties:
  • Follow the manufacturer’s sales process precisely and consistently, including enquiry management
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive vehicle documentation, displays, and customer information to manufacturer standards
  • Prospect for new and used car customers through various channels to generate sales
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers via effective follow-up procedures, promoting repeat business
  • Promote finance options while adhering to FCA guidelines and industry regulations
  • Ensure a smooth sales process from vehicle handover, including customer briefings on vehicle operation and aftersales introduction
  • Participate actively in on-site and off-site promotional activities and sales campaigns
  • Conduct accurate part-exchange vehicle appraisals
  • Uphold the dealership’s customer-first culture at all times
Requirements:
  • Proven experience within a car sales environment
  • Track record of delivering high sales performance and customer satisfaction
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Demonstrable problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
  • Consistent employment record in a customer-facing sales role
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and automotive products
