Key Responsibilities for a Sales Executive:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, building rapport and identifying sales opportunities.
• Promote products and services confidently while understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Generate new business, follow up leads, and convert enquiries into sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and customer service.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining accurate customer records using the CRM system.
• Handle objections professionally and confidently, turning conversations into successful outcomes.

What we need from you as a Sales Executive:

• Previous experience in a sales, telesales, customer service, retail, hospitality or call centre role.
• Available to start as soon as possible.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident speaking to customers over the phone.
• Target-driven with a positive, self-motivated attitude.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and identify sales opportunities.
