Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound customer enquiries into successful sales
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their individual needs and providing exceptional service.
- Produce competitive pricing, guiding customers through the process.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products and services, helping to maximise customer value and business growth.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving individual sales targets and performance objectives.
- Accurately maintain customer records and update internal systems throughout the sales journey.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practice to drive team performance and continuous improvement.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed advice and recommendations.
Skills, Experience and Training Requirements
- Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Motivated by targets, rewards and earning potential.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Good IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
