Sales Executive

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is working with an established, new & used main car dealership, based around the outskirts of Fareham, who are seeking to add an experienced Sales Executive to their team.

Ideally, applicants will already possess a proven background in new, and or used car sales.

Refreshingly, our client also offer a five-day working week!

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide tailored solutions.

Promote and sell quality new & used vehicles while meeting monthly sales targets.

Conduct professional vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations.

Negotiate deals effectively to maximise profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the dealership’s stock, pricing, and finance options.

The Package:

£20,000 Basic – £50,000 + OTE + Company Car.

Five day working week! Day off in the week, and every Sunday off.
