More people than ever are looking for control over their energy bills, carbon footprint and long-term home running costs. They need someone who can cut through the noise and help them make confident decisions about solar PV, battery storage and EV charging.
As Solar Sales Executive, you’ll be the trusted advisor who turns warm interest into well-designed, deliverable smart energy systems. You’ll join a scaling renewable energy business with a growing national footprint, strong inbound demand and a clear commitment to ethical, value-based selling.
What you’ll do
You’ll manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract close, working with warm inbound leads and referrals. Your role is to understand each customer’s energy usage, property, budget and goals, then guide them towards the right solar, battery or EV charging solution.
Using Aurora system designs, you’ll present clear proposals, quotations and ROI or payback assessments that customers can easily understand. You’ll explain generation, self-consumption, HEMS, tariffs and storage benefits in plain English, building confidence without pressure.
You’ll maintain accurate HubSpot records, forecast your pipeline, collaborate with technical and survey teams, and ensure every signed deal is cleanly handed over for delivery.

About you
You’ll have a strong consultative sales background, ideally in domestic solar, with the communication skills to make technical information feel simple and relevant. You’ll be confident presenting, negotiating and closing, while keeping the customer’s best interests at the centre of every conversation.
Experience in renewable energy, solar PV, battery storage, EV charging, energy services or sustainability would be a strong advantage. Familiarity with Aurora, HubSpot, energy tariffs, incentives or HEMS would also help you hit the ground running.
