Introduction
We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to drive business growth across the UK & Ireland within the pharmaceutical tablet tooling and packaging sector.
This is a high-autonomy role within a specialist international manufacturing organisation. You will take ownership of the territory, developing new business and managing key customer relationships.
Objectives of the Technical Sales Manager:
- Grow sales across UK & Ireland markets
- Develop new and existing customer accounts
- Build long-term client partnerships
- Achieve:

- €300,000 (Year 1)
- €1,000,000 annually thereafter
Responsibilities of the Technical Sales Manager:
- Develop and execute sales plans
- Identify and win new business opportunities
- Manage and grow existing accounts
- Build strong client relationships
- Provide product support and training where needed
- Track pipeline and report on activity
- Work with internal teams on proposals
- Manage own schedule, travel, and sales approach independently
Requirements of the Technical Sales Manager:
- B2B sales experience in technical/engineering sector
- Background in pharmaceutical tooling or packaging (preferred)
- Experience with companies such as IHolland, Prodieco, Bosch Packaging, Syntegon
- Technical education (Engineer/Technician) preferred
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
