We’re currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join a successful main dealership in the Kidlington area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced automotive sales professional who has the leadership skills, commercial awareness and drive to lead a sales team and maximise dealership performance.

We’re looking for:
- Previous management experience within the motor trade is imperative
- Main dealership sales management experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- A proactive, driven and commercially focused approach
- Someone who can motivate a team and drive performance
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
