£35k Basic + £55k OTE Uncapped

Our client has a new and exciting brand taking the UK by storm, and they are looking to recruit an experienced and successful Sales Manager to join one of their dealerships.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a rapidly growing brand with ambitious plans for the UK market. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is excited by the opportunity to help drive the success of a new brand and make their mark within a high-performing dealership.

Working closely with a team of Sales Executives, you will ensure they deliver exceptional service that puts the customer at the heart of everything they do.

You will have a natural ability to create instant rapport with customers and build long-lasting relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with proven experience at Sales Manager level.

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Sales Department, including:

Managing, motivating and developing the Sales team

Driving sales performance and achieving departmental targets

Stock control and management

Used car valuations

Competitor analysis and pricing

Forecourt presentation and display

Internet advertising

Second-facing customers and deal generation

Maximising every sales opportunity

Delivering outstanding customer service

Driving the team forward and maintaining high standards

The successful candidate will be a high-performing, dynamic Sales Manager with a proven track record of success and the ability to achieve the maximum from every opportunity.

Previous Sales Management experience within a main dealership environment is essential.

Salary & Package

£35,000 Basic Salary

£55,000 OTE - Uncapped
