🚀 The Role

Reporting directly into senior leadership, you'll be responsible for:
Leading and inspiring a high-performing sales team
Driving new and used vehicle profitability
Developing a culture of accountability and excellence
Delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
Identifying opportunities for growth and continuous improvement
Managing budgets, forecasting and performance KPIs
Building strong relationships with manufacturer partners

👤 Who We're Looking For

You will currently be operating as either a:

General Manager / Head of Business
OR
A BIG General Sales Manager ready for the next step from a prestige, premium or volume dealership background.

You'll have a proven track record of delivering:
📈 Strong profitability
📈 Consistent volume performance
📈 Outstanding leadership and team development
📈 Excellent manufacturer relationships
