Salary – £20,000-£25,000 + Commission, OTE £40,000 & Car Allowance

Our client based within Hoddesdon, is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their team. This well-established and award-winning Estate Agency pride themselves on positive reviews and offering a stress-free client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling calls and emails enquiries to company standards.
• Productive diary & time management  
• Dealing with customer enquiries effectively
• Agreeing deals and ensuring monthly KPIs and banking’s are consistently hit.
• Implementing strategies to increase market share.
• Ensure focus on own development, progression and increasing industry knowledge.
• Escalate queries outside of own authority level.
• Sharing ideas for canvassing and marketing
