Are you a Sales Operations professional, from a Transport, Construction, or public sector sales background, looking to join a market leading UK manufacturer where you can take ownership of the sales pipeline and support long term growth?

On offer is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative engineering and manufacturing business, where you will help shape future revenue by identifying, developing and managing a strong pipeline of medium-to-long-term opportunities.

This specialist manufacturer has a multi-million-pound turnover and supplies advanced infrastructure solutions across a range of industries, including rail and transport networks. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to appoint a high-calibre Sales Operations Manager to support their ambitious growth plans.

In this varied role, you will research and identify new business opportunities, manage and develop the sales pipeline, and work closely with the Business Development team to assess and track potential opportunities. You will also maintain accurate Salesforce records, analyse market trends, and produce reports and forecasts to support future sales growth.

This role will suit a Sales operations professional, from a Transport, Construction, or public sector sales background, looking to take the next step in their career with a market leading business that has exciting plans for future growth and career development.

The Role:
* Sales Operations Manager
* Research & identify new business, manage pipeline
* Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, on site

The Person:
* Sales Operations experience
* Confident with data analysis and CRM (strong Salesforce knowledge preferred)
* Background in Transport, Construction, or public sector
