We are seeking an enthusiastic and well-motivated individual with a pleasant and confident telephone manner, excellent communication and keyboard skills and a logical approach to this customer focused environment.
A successful candidate will be:
- Computer literate with experience of working with Windows/Excel,
- Magento (website) and access-based systems is an essential quality.
- Experience of operating a point-of-sale database would be a distinct advantage although training will be provided.
The position also requires the successful applicant to receive and dispatch orders.
The position is available 1 August and is based on a four-day week with 22.5 days paid holiday a year (pro-rota). You will be expected to work occasional overtime to cover periods of staff holiday/sickness.
