Our client who are a leading European and UK Pallet management company that uses circular economy principles to keep wooden pallets and packaging in active circulation:

Have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales and Purchasing Representative to support them:

You Role:-

You will provide key administrative and organisational support to both our sales and purchasing teams. Your responsibilities will include assisting with administration, organising diaries, and arranging meetings for the team.

When members of the sales and purchasing teams carry out cold calls, they will pass relevant contact information to you so that you can follow up and arrange meetings with potential customers or suppliers. As part of your role, you will also be required to carry out daily cold calling activities while working in the office, contacting potential customers and suppliers to introduce the company and arrange meetings for the team.

Once you are fully established in the role and familiar with how we operate, you will take a more active role in engaging with customers and suppliers. This will include participating in Microsoft Teams meetings and, where appropriate, arranging and leading meetings with both new and existing contacts. Occasionally, the role may also involve travelling to visit customers or suppliers, although the position will remain primarily office-based.

Salary: £35,000-£37,000 per annum.

Company Car: A company car will be provided with fuel included.

Probation Period:  Holiday Entitlement: You will be entitled to 21 days of paid annual leave per holiday year, in addition to standard UK public holidays.

Profit Sharing Scheme: Upon successful completion of the probation period, you will become eligible to participate in the company-wide profit sharing scheme, subject to the terms of the scheme in place at that time.
