About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team based in our Tetbury office. You'll be provided with warm leads and will focus on converting these into sales, building strong client relationships along the way. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers and closing deals, without the need for cold calling or field travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on warm leads provided by the company
• Build rapport with prospective and existing customers over phone/email
• Understand customer needs and match them to the right products/services
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Prepare quotes and process orders accurately
• Maintain accurate records on the CRM system
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and telephone manner
• Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated
• Good IT skills, including CRM systems
• Ability to work well within an office team
