- Supporting the Sales Team with administrative duties including arranging on-sites, off-sites, and exchanges of containers
- Setting up customer direct debits and chasing payment where required
- Responsible for creating and issuing customer waste reports each month
- Managing the Sales Team’s diaries and booking client meetings
- Utilising the internal CRM system to log customer information
- Applying to local authorities for customer permits when required
- Upselling WRC’s service offerings where possible
- Managing several inboxes’ to ensure all customer queries are dealt with accordingly
- Proficient user of Microsoft packages
- Taking payments from customers over the phone
- General office duties including managing incoming calls and emails and directing them when required
Requirements of the Role
- A highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong IT skills and experience utilising Microsoft programmes (Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Adaptable and willingness to learn new skills on the job
- Strong telephone manner
- Confident in dealing with customers and managing enquiries
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to manage diaries in accordance with internal and external demands
- The ability to develop and maintain quality customer relationships
