As an Sales Support Coordinator, you will support the delivery of inspection, maintenance, and refurbishment projects. Working closely with engineers, subcontractors, and customers, you'll be responsible for preparing quotations, coordinating works, resolving enquiries, and ensuring projects progress smoothly from initial inspection through to completion.

Key Responsibilities for a Sales Support Coordinator:
- Prepare quotations for maintenance, repair, and refurbishment works following engineer inspections
- Liaise with subcontractors to obtain pricing and support accurate customer quotations
- Manage customer enquiries, providing updates and ensuring a high level of service throughout each project
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while meeting agreed deadlines
- Support the resolution of customer queries, invoice discrepancies, and project-related issues
- Maintain accurate information across internal systems and ensure data quality is consistently high
- Work closely with engineers, finance teams, and internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the ongoing development of the Inside Sales function
- Produce reports and support administrative activities required to keep projects on track
Key Skills for a Sales Support Coordinator:
- Previous experience in an internal sales, sales support or project coordination role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and confidence building relationships with customers and suppliers
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team
- Experience within construction, engineering, maintenance, facilities management or technical service environments is beneficial
