What you’ll do:
- Own order processing and day‑to‑day account support (including sensitive accounts)
- Handle inbound calls/emails and resolve queries quickly
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate, on‑time delivery
- Keep meticulous records and meet KPIs (accuracy & call retention)
- Act as a key contact for Internal & Field Sales
