The working hours are Monday to Friday 7:30am - 17:00pm

Responsibilities for the Sales Support Executive:

  • Accurately process sales orders using a CRM
  • Issue prompt and professional order confirmations
  • Pre-qualify deliveries with site contacts to ensure readiness
  • Provide clients with clear, regular, and timely delivery updates
  • Raise proforma invoices and efficiently manage card payment processing
  • Coordinate bespoke design approvals with the Mechanical Design team
  • Ensure customer engagement
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for purchase enquiries
  • Respond promptly and professionally to general queries
  • Operational Coordination
  • Collaborate closely with depots and transport teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment
  • Ensure all orders are processed accurately and within agreed time frames
