We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Sales Support Manager to lead our internal sales support function. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing international business where you'll work closely with the UK Country Manager to drive operational excellence, support sales growth, and develop a high-performing team.

The Role
As Sales Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of our sales administration team while continually improving processes and supporting key commercial initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:

Leading, coaching and developing the inside sales administration team.

Managing sales support activities to ensure outstanding service for our B2B customers.

Reviewing and improving order processing workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Handling customer escalations and resolving issues with a solution-focused approach.

Working closely with the UK Country Manager to analyse sales performance and support business planning.

Producing sales reports, data analysis and management presentations.

Coordinating operational activities for new product launches and promotional campaigns.

Managing Amazon and online marketplace administration, including product listings, digital assets and vendor setup.

Monitoring online marketplaces for intellectual property (IP) infringements and helping to protect our brands.
About You
We're looking for an experienced people manager who combines strong commercial awareness with excellent organisational and analytical skills.
You'll ideally have:

Previous experience managing a sales support, customer service or internal sales team.

Strong knowledge of B2B sales administration and order management processes.

Excellent leadership and coaching skills.

A customer-first approach with outstanding communication abilities.

Strong analytical skills and confidence working with commercial data.

Experience using ERP systems (SAP would be advantageous).

CRM system experience.

Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Experience supporting retail customers, Amazon or online marketplaces would be highly advantageous.
