Sales Team Leader

£33,000 salary + up to £1,150 monthly commission | 37.5 hours per week | Total earning potential £47,000

We're looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our growing team and take the lead in driving sales performance, developing people and delivering results.

This is a genuine people-management role. You'll lead, motivate and develop a team of Sales Executives, helping them achieve their KPIs while creating a high-performance, positive sales culture.

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Sales Executives.

• Drive individual and team sales KPIs and targets.

• Conduct regular 1-to-1s, call monitoring and performance reviews.

• Provide effective coaching, feedback and development.

• Manage underperformance and confidently handle challenging conversations.

• Help create a commercially focused, customer-first sales environment.

• Proven experience managing or leading a sales team - essential.

• Strong sales background with a track record of hitting targets.

• Experience managing KPIs and performance.

• Confidence coaching and developing team members.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable challenging performance and having difficult conversations.

• Commercially driven, customer-focused and results-oriented.

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Please note: We're looking for candidates with genuine people-management responsibility, not solely experience mentoring, supporting or informally leading colleagues.

• £33,000 salary.

• Up to £1,150 monthly commission following successful completion of the 3-month probation period.

• 37.5-hour working week.

• 40-minute break.

• Sunday working approximately twice per month, with a day in lieu provided.

• Occasional bank holiday working may be required, with a day in lieu provided.
