Are you a proven sales leader with a passion for driving performance and building high-performing teams? This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a new business sales team, combining hands-on leadership with personal revenue generation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Recruit, coach, and develop ambitious sales professionals
- Drive team revenue, KPIs, and outbound activity performance
- Lead from the front by delivering against your own sales targets
- Conduct coaching, 1-2-1s, and performance reviews
- Improve sales processes and identify new business opportunities
- Support complex negotiations and high-value client relationships
- Create a motivated, accountable, and high-energy sales culture
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales leadership experience
- Strong background in new business sales, lead generation, and outbound activity
- A player-manager who can lead while personally billing
- Track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Exceptional coaching and people development skills
- Commercially minded with strong closing ability
- Experience within events, hospitality, sport, or similar sectors is advantageous
