• Supporting pupils with autism, learning difficulties or complex needs
• Providing 1:1 support to help pupils access learning
• Working alongside teachers, therapists and SEND professionals
• Encouraging independence, communication and confidence
• Supporting pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs
• Helping create a positive and engaging classroom environment
• Assisting with personal care where required
