SAP Administrator

We are seeking candidates who have a background in Accounts and SCM SAP support.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Quality Control review of Purchase Requisitions (PRs);
- Raise PRs in SAP and update the Cost Tracker accordingly;
- PR management – corrections/closures/problem solving;
- Distribute vendor invoices to JRE’s for review and approval;
- Raise Service Entry Sheets (SES’s) in SAP;
- Run weekly actuals and commitment reports from SAP;
- Assist in the maintenance and roll-out of cost management processes and procedures.
- Follow the safety & environmental policies, guidelines and procedures as directed by the business.
- Proactively maintains their technical and interpersonal skills and competencies, ensuring capabilities are up to date and in line with industry/functional best practice and that behaviours are in line with Spirit’s core Values. Understand the skills, competencies and behaviours required for their role.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Detailed and practical knowledge of SAP from an R2P perspective
- Project controls experience would be beneficial
- Good experience in an ERP/ SAP Administration role preferably within an Oil and Gas Operator
