Sap Administrator

Pickles Recruitment is looking for an experienced SAP Administrator to provide immediate support to a busy manufacturing operation in Wythenshawe.

This is a hands-on, shop-floor-based administration role supporting the business following the implementation of SAP. You'll be helping ensure stock and production information is entered accurately and efficiently, so we're looking for someone who is confident using SAP and able to hit the ground running.

What you'll be doing

• Using SAP daily to support production and stock administration
• Booking stock onto the system
• Accurate data entry and maintenance of records
• Supporting shop-floor teams with SAP-related administration
• Checking information and ensuring data is entered correctly
• Assisting with stock and inventory information
• Working across systems and maintaining accurate records
• Liaising with colleagues across the production operation
• Providing general administrative support during the SAP implementation
• Helping resolve discrepancies and ensuring information is kept up to date

What we're looking for

Previous hands-on SAP experience is essential for this role.

You'll also need:

• Strong administration and data-entry experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• A methodical and organised approach
• Confidence working with computer systems
• The ability to pick things up quickly
• Good communication skills
• The ability to work in a busy manufacturing/production environment
• A proactive, helpful attitude
• Availability to start at short notice

Experience within manufacturing, production, stock control, warehouse administration or supply chain would be particularly useful.

The Opportunity

This is an interim position providing additional support during an important systems implementation, so it's ideal for an experienced SAP user who enjoys getting stuck in and making an immediate difference.

Immediate availability is a big advantage.
