Are you an experienced SAP PP/QM Specialist holding active DV clearance, looking for a high-impact support role on critical national programmes?

The company is a major player in enterprise technology transformation. Due to ongoing growth across their high-security Application Development & Maintenance practice, they are seeking an SAP PP/QM Support Specialist to help ensure production processes and quality controls run seamlessly across business-critical environments.

The role involves providing 2nd/3rd line functional support across S/4HANA Production Planning and Quality Management modules. You will investigate shopfloor issues, manage MRP and production orders, oversee defect management and notifications, and work closely with end users to minimise operational disruption. You will also collaborate with broader SAP teams to ensure clean integration across Materials Management (MM) and Plant Maintenance (PM), supporting continuous process improvements and system enhancements along the way.

The Role:

• SAP Functional Support (PP & QM) within an established AMS / ADM framework

• Supporting shopfloor operations, manufacturing execution, MRP, and quality inspection workflows

• Managing incidents, service requests, problem resolution, and system enhancements

• Driving integration across PP, QM, MM, and PM modules

• Flexible hybrid working setup

Candidate Requirements:

• Active UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance (mandatory due to programme security requirements)

• Strong hands-on functional experience with SAP PP and SAP QM

• Solid understanding of manufacturing, shopfloor operations, and quality management processes

• Proven experience in an AMS, ADM, or application support environment

• Broad knowledge of integration points with SAP MM and SAP PM
