SAP PMO Analyst

I am currently supporting a major SAP S/4HANA transformation programme across EMEA and I am looking for a PMO Analyst / Coordinator to join the team from September 2026.

The initial project will focus on an ECC to S/4HANA upgrade covering multiple countries

Role: PMO Analyst / Coordinator
Location: Remote within EMEA, with occasional travel to Netherlands  
Duration: 12 months initially
Rate: market rate 

This is a mid-level PMO support role, suited to someone with approximately 4 years of experience in project coordination, programme reporting or PMO support.

You will work closely with the Senior Project Manager, PMO Lead and the implementation partner’s PMO team.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 4 experience in a PMO, project coordination or reporting rol
• Experience supporting an SAP S/4 HANA  ERP or large transformation programme
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience consolidating information from multiple workstreams
• Strong attention to detail and the confidence to follow up on outstanding actions
• Working knowledge of tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, Jira or similar
• Fluent English, with additional European languages considered an advantage
• A positive, proactive and energetic approach
