• Full UK driving licence

So, what will you be doing?

• Accompany prospective tenants on property viewings
• Welcome applicants in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide basic information about available properties
• Deliver an excellent customer experience and represent the business professionally
• Liaise with the lettings team throughout the day
• Ensure properties are presented to a high standard before viewings
• Gather and report feedback from applicants following appointments
• Support with general branch administration and duties as required
