Job Title: SC Cleared Senior SuccessFactors and System Specialist
Location: Farnborough 3days per week 2 days remote
Duration: 9 months
Rate: £500 - £700 per day based on relevant experience and via an approved umbrella company
Must be willing and eligible to go through the SC clearance process

Our Client is looking for a hands-on Senior SuccessFactors and System Specialist to join a collaborative team in Farnborough on a backfill basis. This is to assist while a permanent hire is being selected-so the right person will be able to hit the ground running, support ongoing work across SuccessFactors modules, and help drive improvements and optimisation.

What you'll be doing:

• Support day-to-day work across multiple SuccessFactors modules within a shared, collaborative team
• Take ownership of system tasks and delivery-this is a doer role, not a purely strategic position
• Focus especially on Employee Central (EC) and Recruitment (key modules)
• Help with optimisation of SuccessFactors modules and continuous improvements
• Support emerging activity including researching AI and "smart recruiter"-style approaches
• Engage stakeholders effectively with clear, proactive communication (while keeping delivery moving)

What you'll bring:

• Strong, practical SuccessFactors knowledge across different modules-with EC and Recruitment at the core
• Confidence working across teams and collaborating on module-related activity
• Proactive, can-do mindset with the ability to ramp up quickly in a live environment
• Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with delivery at the centre
• A preference for candidates who already hold the necessary clearance so it can be transferred and reduce time to hire (if you're eligible, you may still be considered-strength of fit is key)
