Our client, a reputable organisation in the defence sector, is seeking a dedicated Site Coordination Installation Design Authority to join their team in Portsmouth. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in MOD ICT standards and security to contribute to high-profile projects.

What you'll be doing:
* Ensuring compliance with MOD Installation Standards, policies, and governance related to ICT infrastructure.
* Proactively managing physical and environmental aspects of MOD ICT installations.
* Collaborating with teams to deliver high-quality service and maintain standards.
* Applying in-depth knowledge of JSP453, JSP440, and security standards such as SDIP27, 28 & 29.
* Assessing physical security risks and implementing appropriate controls.
* Supporting the design and installation of ICT equipment rooms, data centres, and network infrastructure.
* Ensuring all work aligns with MOD policies, security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001), and TEMPEST principles.
* Maintaining documentation and overseeing the ECR process for project compliance.

What you'll bring:
* CIDA qualification or the ability to successfully complete the MOD Installation Design Course.
* Strong understanding of MOD standards, including JSP453, JSP440, and security protocols.
* Experience with ICT infrastructure, physical security, and environmental controls.
* Knowledge of protective security controls and relevant industry frameworks.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* A proactive approach with a commitment to delivering high standards of quality and security.
