Scaffolders required for a well-established scaffolding contractor based in Nottingham for 3 weeks to ongoing. Sites across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire, working for tier 1 and tier 2 contractors as well as housing developers and specialised subcontractors. Part

Working hours are part 2 Scaffolders for a week and possibly the following week. 8 hours paid CIS, 7am - 4pm with a 30-minute lunch.

The Role:

• Assemble scaffolding frames, tubes, boards, guardrail, toe boards, and safety nets following design plans and safety standards
• Statutory regulations and safety requirements (including SG4) relating to the erection and dismantling of simple scaffolds
• The correct handling, stacking and inspection of scaffold tubes, boards and fittings
• Erection of scaffolds in public areas in accordance with Local Authority requirements
• Selection and installation of ties for both sheeted and un-sheeted scaffolds

Requirements

• CSCS
• CISRS registered (Part 1 & 2)
• Ability to read technical plans and scaffolding diagrams
• Time served scaffolder with industrial / scaffolding experience

Remuneration

• £26 Per hour CIS
• 8.5 hours paid a day
