Our client, who specialises in the repairs and maintenance of social housing properties, are looking for a Planner / Scheduler to join their team in Bristol. Previous experience of working within repairs and maintenance would be beneficial.

This is a great opportunity to join a friendly office and team, with the role offering temp-to-perm potential for the right candidate.

• Arranging appointments with tenants and trades to visit properties and carry out repairs

• Making outgoing calls and taking incoming calls to resolve enquiries

• Inputting information onto Excel spreadsheets and in-house systems

• Reviewing works completed over the phone with tenants

• Dealing with enquiries and working closely with other departments

• Scheduling and coordinating operatives to ensure repairs are completed within agreed timescales

• Previous customer service experience essential

• Computer literate with Microsoft Office programmes

• Administration / customer service experience would be beneficial

• Understanding of property maintenance would be advantageous

• Excellent organisational and communication skills essential

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities

• Bristol-based office role (outskirts of Bristol)

• Full-time hours, Monday – Friday

• Temp-to-perm opportunity
