We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our project delivery team supporting major industrial, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure the successful execution of engineering, construction, maintenance, and shutdown activities.

Rates are Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Construction Teams, and Clients to establish project timelines and milestones.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential delays, risks, and resource constraints.
  • Produce regular schedule updates, progress reports, and critical path analyses.
  • Support planning for turnarounds, shutdowns, maintenance, and capital project activities.
  • Analyse schedule performance and recommend corrective actions where required.
  • Ensure compliance with project controls procedures and client requirements.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Scheduler/Planner within the Industrial, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Energy, Oil & Gas, or Process Manufacturing sectors.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Primavera P6 (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling methodologies, and critical path analysis.
  • Experience supporting engineering, construction, maintenance, or shutdown projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Desirable:

  • Degree, HNC/HND, or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working within regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of earned value management (EVM) and project controls processes.
