Scheduler

We are looking for an experienced Scheduler / Service Coordinator to join a growing Fire & Security company based in Coalville.

You will be responsible for coordinating engineers, scheduling reactive and planned maintenance works, and ensuring customers receive a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities - 

• Schedule engineers for reactive, PPM and installation works.
• Manage engineer diaries and workloads.
• Liaise with customers to arrange appointments and provide updates.
• Prioritise emergency and reactive call-outs.
• Monitor jobs against SLAs and KPIs.
• Coordinate follow-on and remedial works.
• Keep job records and systems up to date.
• Work closely with engineers, customers and Service Managers.
• Deal with scheduling issues and changes throughout the day.

Personal Requirements - 

• Previous experience in scheduling, planning or service coordination.
• Experience coordinating field-based engineers preferred.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and scheduling/CRM systems.
• Fire & Security, Engineering or FM experience would be advantageous.
