SF Partners is working exclusively with a successful family run business to recruit a Scheduler / Service Coordinator for its busy Head Office team.
This is a hands-on coordination role for someone who likes keeping customers informed, organising busy schedules and making sure nothing gets missed. You’ll manage orders, appointments and deliveries, working across the business to keep each job moving from enquiry through to completion.

What you’ll be doingYou’ll work closely with the Account Management, Sales and Operations teams. Your day will include:
- Booking customer orders, appointments, deliveries and services.
- Speaking with customers and suppliers by phone and email.
- Confirming requirements and keeping customers updated throughout.
- Raising purchase orders and preparing quotations.
- Checking stock availability and flagging problems before they cause delays.
- Working with Sales, Customer Service and Logistics to keep jobs on schedule.
- Keeping customer and account records accurate and up to date.
- Taking ownership of queries and complaints until they’re resolved.
- Spotting opportunities to improve service and support additional sales.
You’ll be comfortable in a busy environment where priorities can change. You’ll communicate clearly, stay organised and follow things through without needing to be chased.
- Experience in scheduling, coordination, planning or service administration.
- Confident communication by phone and email.
- Good organisation and time management.
- A practical, customer-focused approach.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- The ability to manage competing priorities calmly.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
