Reactive Repairs Administrator / Scheduler Required in Bromley (BR1)

Top Jobs Group is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a thriving and expanding housing maintenance contractor in Bromley. Due to continued growth, they're looking for an experienced Reactive Repairs Administrator / Scheduler to become a key part of their busy operations team.

You must have experience within housing maintenance, repairs scheduling, property maintenance, facilities management or contractor scheduling

The Role -

  • Scheduling reactive and emergency repair appointments
  • Allocating work to engineers and subcontractors
  • Speaking with tenants, clients and housing officers
  • Keeping customers updated throughout the repair journey
  • Monitoring jobs to ensure KPIs and service levels are achieved
  • Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
  • Updating repairs systems accurately
  • Checking completed works and compliance documentation
  • Solving last-minute scheduling challenges
  • Supporting a busy operations team to deliver an exceptional service

We're Looking For Someone Who Has -

  • A solid understanding of reactive repairs
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and customer service experience
  • Confidence using computer systems and administration software
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and think on their feet
  • A positive, proactive attitude and great attention to detail
