Scheme Cleaner (Part-Time)
Alton Area | Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 1:00pm

Nuco Solutions are currently recruiting for a Scheme Cleaner on behalf of a well-established Housing Association. This is a fantastic part-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and wants to make a positive difference within local communities.

The Role

As a Scheme Cleaner, you'll be responsible for maintaining communal areas to a high standard while providing a friendly and professional service to residents.

Key responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and maintaining communal areas within residential schemes
• Ensuring shared spaces remain clean, tidy, safe, and welcoming
• Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues or health and safety concerns
• Building positive relationships with residents and responding professionally to queries or feedback
• Using handheld technology to record completed work and update tasks

Requirements:

• Takes pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness
• Has excellent attention to detail
• Enjoys working independently and managing their own workload
• Has good communication and customer service skills
• Is reliable, organised, and proactive
• Holds a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle (essential)
