Office working - at our Independent Living Scheme, Servite Court.
Permanent, Full Time - 35 hours per week. We are also ‘Happy to Talk Flexible Working’

What will your role be?
As the Scheme Manager, you will provide an effective housing management service to tenants living in our Independent Living accommodation. You will manage the Scheme to ensure it is appropriately maintained, safe and welcoming. The Scheme Manager will support tenants to sustain their tenancies, access relevant housing management support and live independently within the suitable shared living environment.

Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will have experience involving care of people over aged 55 within a housing environment. You will have experience of delivering excellent customer service and working with a range of customers and agencies to deliver cross tenure services. An understanding of independent living accommodation management issues and of current housing legislation is essential.
You will be able to deal with conflict and complaints, and assess the complex and varied support needs of residents in independent living schemes.
