  • Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception and office environment.
  • Assist with general office administration and provide support to senior staff as required.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of school administration services.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office support role.
  • Experience working within a school or educational setting would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A professional and friendly approach when dealing with pupils, parents, staff, and visitors.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
