School Cook

Full-Time School Cook Required – Starting September

Here at Fox Morris Group we are seeking an experienced and reliable School Cook to join our team on a full-time basis from September.

The Role

You will be responsible for preparing and serving nutritious, high-quality meals for pupils and staff, maintaining excellent standards of food hygiene, and ensuring the smooth running of the school kitchen.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a school kitchen is essential.
• Knowledge of food hygiene, health and safety, and allergen management.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the DBS Update Service is essential.

Duties Include

• Preparing and cooking meals in line with school menus and dietary requirements.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Managing stock levels and food storage.
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Working as part of a friendly and supportive team.
