School IT Technician in South-East London

Location: Greenwich 
Salary: £130 - £150 per day 
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Full-time, Monday–Friday
DBS: Must hold a valid DBS

The Role
  • Provide day-to-day IT support to staff and students
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
  • Support computers, laptops, printers and classroom technology
  • Manage user accounts and technical queries
  • Install and maintain IT equipment and systems
  • Ensure IT issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
The Ideal Candidate
  • Previous IT Technician/IT Support experience – essential
  • Previous school/education experience highly desirable
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of hardware, software and networking
  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills
  • Valid DBS required
  • Available to start immediately
