About the Role

As a School Support Worker, you will work closely with teachers and school staff to help pupils feel supported, engaged, and ready to learn. You may provide one-to-one assistance, support small groups, or help students with SEND, SEMH needs, behaviour, emotional regulation, or learning challenges.

  • Encourage positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
  • Build trusting relationships with children and young people.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and the wider school team.

What We're Looking For

We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds, including care, youth work, residential childcare, coaching, mentoring, volunteering, SEND support, and behaviour support. Previous school experience is beneficial but not essential.

The ideal candidate will be caring, patient, reliable, resilient, and committed to helping children achieve their potential.

Why Apply?

  • School hours only with no evenings or weekends.
  • Competitive daily pay of £92.00–£109.00.
  • Flexible temporary and long-term opportunities.
  • Valuable experience in education and SEND settings.
  • Excellent career development for aspiring teachers, psychologists, or youth workers.
  • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.

Additional Information

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are desirable, as some assignments may involve travel between schools.
