This Suffolk school is committed to delivering high-quality science education, encouraging curiosity, critical thinking, and practical investigation while supporting students to achieve excellent outcomes across Key Stages.

Job Overview:

• This school caters for students aged 11-16.
• Full-time, Monday - Friday, Science Teacher role.
• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated Science lessons across KS3-KS4.
• Inspire students across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics through practical and theory-based learning.
• Assess, monitor, and track student progress to ensure strong attainment.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with the Science department and wider school team.
• Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities.

What we're looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in Science or a related subject.
• Experience teaching Science at secondary level (KS3-KS4).
• A passion for Science and the ability to engage and motivate learners.
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
• A proactive, positive, and collaborative approach.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
